Contract and delivery conditions Cancellations of vehicles and add-on parts including e-shop orders In the event of cancellations of orders for vehicles or add-on parts, including e-shop orders by the customer, fees for the cancelled order will be due. If vehicle orders are cancelled up to 6 months before the non-binding completion date, 20% cancellation costs of the total order amount will be due.
If vehicle orders are cancelled up to 3 months before the non-binding completion date, 40% cancellation costs of the total order amount will be due.

Delays in delivery by suppliers or pandemics, Walzwerk-Motorcycles GmbH endeavours to meet the agreed delivery dates. A production-related delay in delivery cannot be ruled out and will be communicated to the customer/buyer in a timely manner whenever available.
A claim for damages resulting from a delay in delivery on the part of Walzwerk-Motorcycles GmbH Switzerland is excluded. In the event that the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations exists even for a certain period of time, the provisions of Articles 107 to 109 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply.
Refunds in the event of contract termination by the customer If the reason/cause of the refund/cancellation/contract termination lies with the customer, cancellation and annulment fees will be deducted.
There is no entitlement to a delivery date set for a specific month of the production year. Production delays due to our suppliers' delays cannot be ruled out.
An E Shop credit for parts from Walzwerk-Motorcycles Switzerland is only possible by agreement. The cancellation costs such as processing costs, VAT, expenses, customs clearance, payment fees, transport costs, inflation will be charged to the customer.
The cancellation costs mentioned above also apply if it is only a partial vehicle conversion or parts orders or if it is a partial vehicle conversion for vehicles delivered or still to be delivered by the consumer/customer.
For E Shop orders, returns are only accepted after prior consultation.
The above cancellation costs and expenses apply to all parts orders. Parts and motorcycles that require registration are only delivered in accordance with the applicable SVO regulations in Switzerland.
Parts that require registration (DTC) cannot be ordered without DTC. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland
